the results from the event on Saturday night, June 13, 2026 featuring the Open Wheel Modified and Sportsman divisions. Congratulations to John Thomas who went to Window World Victory Lane in the Open Wheel Modifieds and Taylor Graham who captured the win in the Sportsman division.

The Legendary Huntsville Speedway will return to action next Saturday night, June 20, 2026 for Juvenile Diabetes Awareness Night presented by Window World, with a full night of racing featuring the Late Models, Super Stocks, Mini Modifieds, Hot Shots, and Buzz cars, along with the INEX U.S. Legends Cars and Bandoleros. Pit gates will open at 3PM, grandstands will open at 4PM, with qualifying starting at 6PM and racing at 7PM.

We hope to see everyone out at the track June 20th for this very special event to raise funds and awreness for juvenile diabetes!

🏁 Post-Race Report | Davis 2 Motorsports #62 🏁

Tonight, our Davis 2 Motorsports machine sounded less like a race car and more like a combination of a Gatling gun, an old dial-up internet connection, and a fax machine trying to send documents from 1998. It wasn’t pretty, it wasn’t quiet, and honestly, we’re still not sure what all those noises were.

After starting at the tail end of the field, our goal was simple: survive.

For what feels like the first time in a while, we managed to avoid the chaos. We weathered multiple incidents, dodged the wrecks, kept all four corners on the car, and brought home a solid 5th place finish. Sometimes racing isn’t about having the fastest car—it’s about being there when it counts.

The old #62 may have been making enough strange noises to scare the competition, but she kept digging lap after lap and never quit. We rode it out to the checkered flag and came home with a Top 5 finish.

A huge thank you to our crew, sponsors, family, friends, and fans who continue to support us every week. We’ll take the lessons learned, make some repairs, chase down a few mystery noises, and get ready for the next one.

What a night! We put Rowdy on our car to honor the late Kyle Busch and what a Rowdy night it was!
From wrecking on the first lap start to sawing off part of the frame and ripping off a quarter panel to finishing 6th. Tonight was one for the books. Time to start building and get back on the track.

Car is in great working order all thanks to R&R Auto Repair , after a battle with the wiring harness for the last few weeks.
