Practice day at Kenlee’s first ever Loretta Lynn MX race was today and racing starts tomorrow! Practice did not go as planned, had some bike issues, but think we got it taken care of. We’ll test it in the morning and then she’ll race her first moto tomorrow at 4:30pm.
Kenlee has put in lots of training and she’s ready to go out and have some fun!

As most of you know our daughter, Kenlee, qualified to race at the Loretta Lynn’s National Championship in late July. Finally knocked out this c10!! Tailgate alone had probably 2 gallons of body filler!! This truck was blasted before and they had a good thing going till they didn’t pull any and I mean any dents!! If I had to guess it 15-20 gallons of bondo on it!! Oh well on to the next one!!

This hood had come open and bent backwards when it hit the window of the 65 Fj40 I have been working on. After many hours of manipulating the metal to get it as close as possible to it’s original shape and a few coats of filler I think it’s ready for it’s first coat of primer. 

First coat of epoxy primer is on.
