We just completed some upgrades on our rarely seen Porsche Cayman R. This car has only a few subtle mods to make it more proficient at the track. This week we installed a MaxFlo exhaust from Fabspeed Motorsport and intake plenum from IPD / Innovative Pro Design. Both products installed perfectly and perform flawlessly, giving the car an added boost and an amazing improvement in sound. When I squint, I can hear the voices of Porsche 917 cars from the past. We are a dealer for both these lines, and can install them for your Porsche as well!

Foxbody's are HOT right now! And who can blame them? They are soo much fun to play with. Light and nimble by today's standards, and an engine that just sounds like what FUN is supposed to sound like.....

Charger Day at ProAm! Original Hemi RT 2007 in for service. This one we have done a lot of work including the shaker hood and intake, long tubes, custom tune, and paintwork with custom stripes. 2016 392 SRT in for front brake rotors, pads, stainless brake lines. Both are bad ass!

Here are some pics of a new Mazda MX5 "ND" set up for HPDE. We installed Ohlins coil overs, BlackBird Fabrication Roll Bar, Schroth 6 point HANS Harness, and RECARO Profi SPG racing seat. Everything fit perfectly. Oh, and we corner balanced and aligned this one too.... Let us know when you are ready to do something similar.

Old School style on a New School Mustang. This week @ ProAmAuto we installed a Custom Design Concepts Style Bar on 2018 Mustang Convertible. This car is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Install was clean and pretty simple. Took about 1 hour. The style bar definitely adds to the overall appearance. I'm sorry my pictures are not so good, I didn't realize the car was half in the shadows and half not.

Bizarre Japanese Slant-Nose Porsche 997 Possibly Redeems SEMA, Humanity

We were just talking about this idea last week! It would be cool to do a slantnose on a current (er) generation 911 - This thing is a beauty!

SEMA is mostly bro trucks and sad sack automaker cash-ins, but there are still some genuinely wonderful things that come to Vegas. For instance: this water-cooled Porsche 997 kitted out to look like a legendary slant-nose from the 911's air-cooled days.

At ProAm, we get a lot of questions about what is the right brake fluid to use for track events. I found this chart in a trade magazine that sums up the specs for most all the fluids we carry in stock and use. Castrol SRF is still the king! We also carry the Motul, ATE, and Wilwood products as well. Keeping your brake fluid fresh before each event goes a long way towards maintaining peak braking performance. Call us or stop by soon!
