When you stand by and watch a friend behave badly towards other women, I can assure you that sooner or later they will play in your face, too! Women who gaslight, abuse and have narcissistic behaviors need to be lovingly dealt with even if that means protecting yourself and walking away. I personally have had to do this several times, unfortunately.

I mean this in the best way possible. Manage yourself, friend. Manage your reactions, manage your emotions, figure out why you are doing what you do to make that person respond the way they did. And, stop expecting people to come to your emotional rescue. Your thoughts and actions put you there, so use those same thoughts and actions to get you out of there. Respectfully.

For real, the gratitude is real. I’m grateful for my contribution. Healers come in a variety of ways. I was told in a reading that I would be teacher. That I should teach people. At the time, I was thinking that’s not going to be enough money. I later have learned that your destiny is led by the intention of your heart and the clarity of your thoughts. You can’t put a price tag on that. My wealth is limitless and ever flowing.

I liberate women from their internal shackles so that they can be prepared to take on the world.

This question is great for all of you perfectionist out there! My mother was the most popular person I knew growing up. Everyone sought her out for advise, a listening ear or a good laugh. She was a nurturer. She was also the most unorganized, letting life unfold, not sweating the small stuff woman I knew. She was so imperfect and happy! Her joy was the one thing that drew so many towards her. She never tried to control. She just never doubted. Whatever didn’t work on a given day, she believed would work on the next day or the next. And, it usually did.

I want you to lean into the idea of just letting the Universe do what it will. Be an observer of God’s perfection instead of always being in the driver’s seat.

Most of us are doing busy work without intention. For each thing you do today create an intention. This a is good way to bringing mindfulness into your everyday life. Creating a list that serves your goals. Do 2-3 things daily that move you closer to where you want to be. .
