Hi everybody. It has been a busy week with all the damage our friends and neighbors sustained from the hail storm that came through.

Here are some tips to navigate the repair process when you notice storm damage to your vehicle:

1. First, you should report a claim to your insurance company as soon as possible. Each insurance carrier has developed their own response and it is important to follow their process as it will allow for a much smoother experience.
2. Let them look at your car first. Most insurance carriers have deployed their catastrophe teams to our area. Once you have an estimate from them, call us to get scheduled for repairs. Have them send you a digital copy of the estimate so you can simply email it to us.
3. If they do not plan to come look at your vehicle, have them send us an assignment. Be sure to write down the claim number and the contact information for the claims representative we should all be speaking with. Be sure to confirm what your comprehensive deductible is and whether or not you have rental coverage. Call us then to schedule an appointment for a damage appraisal. Please, remember to bring this information with you.
4. If your vehicle is not drivable and has glass broken, make arrangements to move it to our facility immediately.
5. We are here to help you through this process. Please call us at either of our Indiana County facilities with any questions you may have. Our hours are 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. Please be patient with us. Several months of work fell from the sky and we will work as quickly as possible to meet all of your needs.
