This page is telling me that from February 26 to March 4 we have reached 348 People which is great ... I'm honored and proud of that. Now if I can get you 348 people to attend our ride you would make one or more veterans or veterans family happy .....to be a part of life. Our lives. Please come, Ride be a part of our family our brotherhood we don't bite....... yes we look like s**t our beards, ponytails and tattoos but we are cute, loveable and we have a heart ( somewhere) you just have to dig deep to see it. Please join us !!!

I would like to say something here. And I would like the residents of Highland Falls, The town of Highlands, friends but most of all my fellow Veterans and Brothers and sisters of a different mother to hear me out...

This is not a political post.... far from it..so don't any of you even try to turn it differently. ITS NOT POLITICAL...

As you know I've had the honor of doing a motorcycle ride in Highland Falls, NY TOWN OF HIGHLANDS FREEDOM RIDE to benefit VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES for the past two years at the request of Mayor Pat Flynn...

One of his reasons was to benefit the Village and try to put it on the map which I had no problem with.

The second was to bring unity into the village and help us Veterans.

The Veteran part is what caught my attention the most..... hey don't hate ...

My only request to Pat was to keep politics out of it. NO FAN FARE, NO POLITICAL BU****IT, AND NO POLITICAL SPEECHES FROM ANYONE...

He agreed with an open heart and gave me his blessing.

My first year was basically rained out but i thank the 45 friends. Vets and law enforcement, the band John Greene. Steven Chichetti Town of Stony point for there support.

Last year was a tremendous success and the money raised went to a 5 year old little girl and her mother who's Father died in combat in Afghanistan a few days before Christmas of the year before...

This was all made possible by your Mayor Pat Flynn and we will be doing this again this year this time under the leadership of Vinny Maher and Nelson Vergara of the BLACK KNIGHTS ... COMBAT VETERANS ASSOCIATION 19-5 ( and me ..... I'm hiding in the back somewhere).

This is basically a heartfelt thank you to Pat and the Village and Town for letting Pat Flynn do this for YOUR VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES

I am truly blessed and humbled and forever grateful. ...... I cannot say enough about my Kids (Maria Scolaro Campbell,Nicholas Scolaro, Gina Scolaro, Kaitlyn Torres, Emily Campbell, Brian Campbell and Tom) or how proud I am of them. To watch them spring into action yesterday helping me pull this off is a understatement. I love you guys so much.
Looking at my grand children and them giving me a thumbs up made my heart skip a beat...... you guys are what makes my life complete.
To Anthony Impastato, Chris Byrnes, Mike, Caroline,Heather Olivadoti, Paul Sevik Your help cannot be measured, from start to finish you guys made this happen and I'm forever greatful.
To John Greene, Steven Chichetti, and the members of the Remedy-Healers YOU GUYS ROCK !!!! You donated (again) your Time and Talent for a cause to help our Veterans and their families. I cannot express enough how greatful I am for your music and the support you have given me...... Love you guys...
To Vinny Maher, Nelson Vergara and the members of the CVMA 19-5 Black Knights Chapter This is your baby now. My job for the most part is done. It is up to you guys now to live up to your motto of " Veterans Helping Veterans" You guys now have a home in this community to further your mission. This did not end yesterday with the final song being played,
No my brothers it is a beginning for you all to step up and do what you say and...... HELP US VETS and little do you know but you will be helping yourself s find what all of us veterans want..... Peace, a sense of belonging again, self worth, and the satisfaction of knowing you helped a veteran or a spouse in need, or put a huge smile a little girl or boy's face.......
Mistakes were made yesterday and yes I took notes do make it better next year and yes we will be back next year, bigger and better and I could not have done this without your support.
To my Friends and friends of friends that came for the ride and to support The Freedom Ride and what we do.
You guys are the best, and I am honored to be your friend.

Happy to announce that the Town Of Monroe Fire Dept will show support by placing an aerial Ladder truck with the huge American Flag on route 208 for our ride...... Thank you Guys !!!!
