A vintage photo from either August or September of 1948 showing what we believe to be Tucker 1016 at DeLorenzo Motors in New Jersey. WATCH UNTIL THE END FOR THE COMPLETED CAR!

We bet many of you didn't know that the late great Mr. David Cammack restored Tucker 1026 twice. The first go round was in dark blue and is how the car appeared in Lucasfilm 's 1988 movie Tucker: The Man and His Dream. He later restored the car again to its current copper color as although the car was originally Royal Maroon he already has one in that color (1001). A couple shots of the trucks Mr. Nick Jenin used to transport his "Fabulous Tuckers" display around the country. The truck appears to be a Chevrolet, possibly a Viking. Vintage photo of Nick Jenin's "Fabulous Tuckers" display which we believe may have been taken at McCormick Place in Chicago. There are are at least five Tucker 48's visible in the photo. We believe Mr. Jenin owned at least 11 different Tucker 48's but it could have been more. A second post will follow this one showing the trucks he used to haul them around the country!
