Yesterday a West Duluth Legend, Greg Halvorson reached out asking if I could help with his driveway after the city plowed him in. I’ll never forget him hiring us for a sod installation during the pandemic in 2020. I had my midlife crisis then, trying to keep A-1 afloat. Just this past fall I ran into him and he was wearing an A-1 hat I gave him 6 years ago! How rad is that🤘🏽Greg is a retired Vietnam Vet & Corrections Officer in St. Louis county. After clearing the snow I handed him a new A-1 hat. He said “It’s embroidered now, you came a long way” 🤣 Thanks for your service Greg!

Instead of payment I asked if he would purchase a few Denfeld Girls High School softball coupon books. Which will be available next month! We’re both ”Girl Dads”, so we know how much support is needed for girls sports🇺🇸
