ButzBuilt Concept research and design with the quest of ideas, being visualized, and brought to life. Engineering is in the blood from the one that gave birth.

Building dirt fortresses in the backyard to building down hill carts with the grandpa. R\C Car and trucks to model airplanes and rockets, to dirt-bikes, motorcycles, quads, welding. Then 19 years from birth, decided to attend UTI.

mper. Graduated with a 3.86 GPA after having docked for mocking the professor of performance engines, because they didn't enrich the fuel when they put nos into a 4.6 25th anniversary mustang. (Was worth it.) After school I found myself working for the "rape" type auto shops, that didn't last long due to ethical beliefs, left to volunteer at a local fabrication shop where I picked up a broad range of skills and understanding.
- Quality\ Quantity MIG; MS, 4130, Sheet, Alum

- Sheet-metal; boxing, indexing, some forming

The main focus of this page is using CAD and 3d modeling and simulation software for day to day problems, ideas, wants and needs. For me this started when I was young, because I was introduced to PC video games at a really young age. That led up to over the years;
- Creating levels, terrains, and maps using 3d modeling software mod tools
- Logos, symbols, all around graphic design using Photoshop\Adobe
- Video, audio editing and manipulations
- Website hosting, design, administration
- 3d Video effects and scenes (What really lead to Solid-works.) Now with my understanding of drilled attention to specifications and tolerances, understanding of metal fabrication, and down right relentless interest and attention to creation of my minds concepts to your problems. How can I be of service?

Document Everything:

Keeping detailed records of all communications, decisions, and changes can help protect you in case of disputes. It also provides a clear trail of what transpired through the phases.

Seek External Support:

If possible, consider consulting with external experts who can provide a fresh perspective, validate your concerns, or offer technical advice.

Networking:

Engage with networks or forums where you can share experiences, seek advice, or simply vent about challenges in a supportive environment.

Clarify Expectations:

Have clear discussions with the involved parties to set or reset expectations, defining roles, responsibilities, and the realistic outcomes of the project.

Maintain Professionalism:

Despite the challenges, maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions. This will serve you well in the long run, no matter the outcome of the current situation.
Practice Stress-Relief Techniques:

Take time for yourself to de-stress, whether that's through exercise, meditation, hobbies, or other activities that help you relax and recharge.

Seek Mediation:

If there are disputes that cannot be resolved through regular communication, consider proposing a neutral mediator to help resolve issues.

Explore New Opportunities:

If the situation becomes unmanageable or the environment becomes too toxic, it may be worthwhile to explore new opportunities.

Learning Experience:

Every challenge can be a learning experience. Reflect on what you’ve learned from this situation, how you could handle similar situations in the future, and how you can grow professionally from it.

Delegate When Possible:

If there are tasks that can be delegated or shared with others, do not hesitate to ask for help or distribute the workload.
