This Bucket truck boom component was bent which resulted in the bushings wearing out and damaging the bores. The manufacturer is no longer in business so Spencer worked his magic and got the arms straight, fixed the bores and machined a new set of bushings

Both front out rigger rebuild for an Ag equipment lowboy. Cut out old thin broken material, rebuilt with heavier steel and little design change.

Case skid steer attachment plate pin bosses were wore out. We cut them out and replaced with 8 new pin bosses. The hydraulic cylinder rod ends machined for straightness. Bushings were made and all components feature a 1.2500 inch bore inner diameter.

These car wash floor drain grates had provided 10 years of service. Some were rusted through, rendering them unsafe. We fabricated 7 new grates and successfully installed them.
