Well hate to say it but had my first real bad experience today when I brought my truck in for an oil change and state inspection. Had pretty good luck till today.
They have an oil change package for $54.95 , in that package is an oil additive that is $15.00. Now I know the product and it’s not a bad product but I prefer not to use it. I was told that if I chose not have the additive put in I would still be charged the full amount of the package. Personally not real crazy about that, believe I should have a chose of whether I use it or not. Needless to say I got the additive.

Recently had a problem with my vehicle it began missing and would barely run Made it to Harrisonburg Ford Service Department. Explained my problem. Even though I had no appointment they found time to diagnose my problem and gave an estimate of the cost. They completed the repairs in a timely fashion and within the estimate. I thank them all for the friendly, professional, efficient, courteous service

👎👎👎 In 2017, we spent nearly $50 k for a loaded Edge titanium there, and found David Cain and the sales staff to be very helpful. But obtaining service there has always been difficult (must book way in advance) and after this morning, we will not be returning. Because we live an hour away--50+ miles northwest in West VA, taking our vehicle there for service involves two of us and two vehicles driving the 100 mile round trip. We recently received notification from Ford that our GPS system software needed updating. The letter suggested we could make an online appointment, which we did several weeks ago, for this morning. We arrived there before our appointment and the service rep said that the online appointment system was not working, and therefore we did not have an appointment, and they were too busy to take us, and besides their electronics expert was not even in that day. A half a day lost for two of us, and 200 miles added to our vehicles. So Ford is supposed to be able to update our software, but can't keep its service management software operational, or even notify customers who utilize it in good faith? Needless to say, we will not be darkening their doors again. There was no attempt to make this right. Just our tough luck for believing we had an appointment when we utilized their online service appointments system as Ford's letter suggested. Buyers beware!!
What do I receive for being the top FAN?
Just called to find out about getting a key made. From that short conversation I will not deal with this dealership.
I wanted to say thank you to everyone in the service dept. My service Technician Jeremy "JP" Price and especially the cashier Ms. Ruth Lynch. My bill was $4250. As I was about to pay she noticed my US Navy ball cap. She asked if I was a Veteran and when I answered yes, she took my bill and reworked it giving me what appears to be a 10% Veterans discount. That equalled about $400 off my bill bringing it down to $3815. I cannot thank her enough. Your support for our Military Veterans is greatly appreciated, especially when it is done unsolicited. This was my first experience with H-Burg Ford, but it won't be my last.

Outstanding people, outstanding service. We were recently travelling through PA on our way from Altanta to Allentown. My son had just had his car serviced by a Ford dealer in Atlanta so we were assured of a smooth trip. WRONG! Whoever did the oil change in Atlanta did not properly put the belly pan back on and we had to drive for a couple hundred miles with it barely hanging on. Luckily the folks at Harrisonburg Ford rescued us. They got us in first thing the next day and simply put a few more screws in for us. We had never been there before but they treated us like long time clients. If you have a Ford and need it serviced - This is where you want to bring your car!!!
I’ve been going to this dealership ever since I got my car, and they’re extremely helpful and friendly every time. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, they are very patient and are always able to squeeze me in last minute - super helpful for someone like me. 10/10 would recommend bringing your car in, you’ll thank me later!
