CDL drivers receive a great platform to improve their abilities as a driver. We DO NOT require high levels of experience but instead are looking for people with a good attitude that are willing to learn.
We run flatbed trailers that become a bit more labor intensive. If you are applying then you should be fine with having to strap, tarp, and chain down loads, sometimes in harsh weather. Drivers are also asked to be able to do basic truck maintenance like changing fuses.
