When you and your coworker show up dressed the same… the only logical options are:

Commit to the bit – Spend the whole day pretending you planned it. Walk into meetings together like a synchronized duo.

Decide who wore it better – Let the office vote. Winner gets bragging rights, loser has to bring donuts tomorrow. 🍩

Form a “team uniform” story – Tell everyone it’s the new department dress code. Watch the confusion spread.

Avoid each other all day – The classic “if we’re never seen together, it never happened.”

Lean all the way in – Start finishing each other’s sentences and answering to the same name.

Bonus move: take a photo and caption it “Corporate copy-paste.” 📋😄

What was the matching item—like same color shirt, or the full accidental twin outfit? 👀

Last week was an exciting one for us with back-to-back closings—both customers chose the beautiful Sunlight Double Wide home!

One of our customers will be settling in near family in Raymond, and we’re looking forward to watching their new home come together this summer. There’s nothing better than being close to loved ones in a place you can truly call your own.

Our other customer is beginning a new chapter after the heartbreaking loss of her home to a fire. We’re honored she chose to work with us as she rebuilds and creates a fresh start. We can’t wait to see her new home take shape and become a place filled with new memories.

Whether you’re looking to downsize, upsize, or rebuild after life’s unexpected moments, we’re here to help every step of the way. Stop in and see us—we’ll take great care of you and help you find your fresh start.

We hear it all the time… “I want an ADU!”

Well, look what we have for you! 🏡

Our modular home manufacturer offers some great Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) options — perfect for guest houses, rental income, in-law suites, or downsizing.

✨ Available sizes:
• 435 sq ft
• 510 sq ft
• 560 sq ft

These thoughtfully designed homes typically include 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a full kitchen, making them a comfortable and functional living space despite their compact size. ()

Whether you're adding space for family, creating a rental opportunity, or building a private backyard retreat, these ADUs are a fantastic solution.

👇 Now the question is…
Which would you prefer — 435 sq ft or 510 sq ft or 560 sq ft?
