Body shop prep. No experience necessary, we will train with our methods of doing things.

We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and will work hard to take on more responsibilities everyday. The right candidate will have learned to properly prep panels for paint, some spraying and lite panel repair and panel installation within the first 3 months. We are a small shop so the opportunity to grow is only limited by the technician themselves.

You must be passionate about this field and want to grow. This is a long term position, not something to do for a short while. If you’re invested you can grow quickly and make a career out of this.

This client contacted us about his 3 series with major, both cosmetic and suspension. We were able to get him back on the road even though his funds were a bit low. Minor damage on this Lexus IS250 F sport, Major tear down for a proper paint job! The detail after the car is finished will come from how well prepared the car was before painting, as well as the longevity of the job. Not removing seals and mouldings will make the clear coat stick to them and will start peeling back after a few months, and will leave your car full of overspray all over expensive components. “R&I (remove and install) procedures can be tedious so a lot of shops choose to skip this step and go to town on your car with a roll of tape and masking paper. When choosing a repair shop, think value VS cost, a good body shop will offer you both!

What your door should look like before it gets painted. Geico gave this client an estimate which included 1.5 labor hours for this job. $60. In reality it’s a 5.5 hour job. Always choose a shop that’s representing you for the repairs. Anytime you go to one of their repair centers, the single objective is to fling your car out that door at the lowest cost possible. They’re not skimming off the top, they’re taking your whole damn cookie. Choose a repair shop that has your best interest at heart.

Hazy headlamps? Have the lens refinished! We remove the build up starting with a heavy grade sand paper then gradually work our way up to a fine finish.
