Despite warm temperatures and high humidity, Fixin' to RV has been in Gulf Shores, AL this week, winning the battle against exterior leaks. (Thanks to Sealtech, https://rvleaks.com/) 16 total leaks identified and repaired across three different motorhomes. Way to go, Gulf Coasters! Your diligent maintenance practices are beating the 8.5 leaks per RV average.

The big slide twist may sound like a fun dance move, but it's not the diagnosis you want to hear when your Schwintek won't retract. It took a couple of trips and some new parts, but we got this customer back on the road. Saving vacations one slide at a time...

Sometimes you gotta go big!

Finishing up my Airxcel Aqua-Hot training and had a chance to troubleshoot an ITR Oasis unit. I love hydronic heating systems!

Best of luck to all competitors in the Classic Company & Gulf Coast Classic Co. at Harrison County Fairgrounds. Such a great community and brings back memories of working at the Arabian Horse Association US Nationals last fall.

Quick winterizing tip:

Ironically, "tankless" water heaters have tanks. If you don't properly winterize, you run the risk of trapped water freezing and breaking this holding tank or the water lines in your tankless water heater.

Frustratingly, Furrion doesn't sell the small tank as a repair part so if your tank or waterlines break inside the water heater, a full replacement is required.

Thank you for a great time, Tulsa! Serving RV owners at the Arabian Horse Association US National Championship was very rewarding. We were able to knock out some good repair jobs and gained lots of great experience to bring back to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
