Cheesteak stuffed peppers.
1 pound of flank steak
3 peepers cut in half
Provolone cheese
1 yellow onion
About 8 ounces of mushrooms
Cut the peppers in half and take out the seeds cook in the oven Face up at 400 degrees for 20 mins. While doing that, slice the Onion And mushrooms cook in the pan with butter and garlic salt and pepper. Once those are cooked, slice up the flank steak and season with salt and pepper and I used some lawrys salt. Cook till the temp you want. Add the shrooms and onions back. Take out the peppers when they are done. Put one slice of provolone on the bottom, add the steak mixture then put another slice of cheese on top. Put back into the oven on broil till the cheese is nice and melted!!
