This is unacceptable work ethic. Customer had a different mechanic do brakes on their vehicle and whoever the mechanic was, obviously didn't pay close enough attention or take enough pride in their work and ruined the brake hardware and caused all kinds of braking problems for this customer then refused to make it right. Please help yourself avoid these kind of problems and come to those of us that always treat you right like family and repair your vehicle as if it is our own vehicle that transports are own families.

Ever wonder what kind of damage can happen when a hub bearing completely fails? This one took the cv axle with it and bent the caliper bracket. The shop this customer took it to somehow missed it and the wheel bearing completely failed after leaving the shop. But after replacing the hub bearing, axle, brake caliper and the pads and rotors on the front. Now this customer is very happy and back driving again
