Well folks….that’s a wrap on the frame quite interesting from anything I’ve ever seen. Definitely not the lightest frame as it’s all steel! A little clean up and off to powered coat.

install on club car with an alpha kit. Might be small but still packs a punch!

Well “Project X” is what I will call it for now is coming down for final welding, the suspension looks like it’s gonna work but man it’s tight! For those that don’t know this is an extra stretched 4x4 chassis custom done with twin Motors, controllers, and batteries!

The cart will be on a full air ride suspension made by us here, and a fully adjustable suspension definitely excited to see this come to life and the end result will be like none other!

If your dealer installs like this what else are they hiding. Pre and post little wire clean up and added fuse block.
