I came across an interesting late model Ford/Shelby piece I doubt many people have seen. S197 2007+ GT500 Ford Factory prototype IRS unit. Supposedly the last surviving example of the 10 units that were made and deemed "too expensive" for the production cars. Pretty cool... down to the hand painted Ford prototype part number.

Air cleaners are old, NOS Cal Custom # 1503, 1965 vintage.
1/4-20 SS studs, SS acorn nuts.
Holley size bases.
Includes an extra set of bases for AFB carbs.

Carbs are 500 CFM each.

Fittings include :

Used original C3OE T-Stat hous.
Plugs for all water/Vac. included.
Heater hose fitting is NOS Ford, W/tag.
PCV & Acc. Vac. fittings come too.
NO fittings are sealed yet, just hand tight.
Bkts./springs for throttle return included.

Carbs are gasketed, ready to go.
Fuel log is tight.

Hello,
My name is Melissa “Missy” Melotte and I’d like to introduce myself as the new owner and office manager of Shelby Parts and Restoration. I grew up less than three miles away from SPR, right here in the Village of Howard, WI.
I come from an entrepreneurial background, starting an Adult Family Homes business in 2001 that expanded to over 20 staff and multiple homes serving Northeastern WI. While that was a most enriching experience, after 21 years it was time to follow my passion and apply my administrative and management skills at SPR. I feel right at home at SPR, working alongside Jesse and an amazing crew. I spent my youth watching and learning from my Dad as he “wrenched” on cars and motorcycles, I am as comfortable getting dirty working on cars as I am running a company and it’s offices. I’ve been blessed with the honor of raising two amazing sons. Both now in their 20’s, I am extremely proud of the men they have become. As auto enthusiasts and graduates of NWTC with degrees in Automotive Technology and Diesel Mechanics.
When presented the opportunity to acquire SPR, I was very humbled. Since its founding by Jim Cowles in 1978 SPR has become a world-wide source for parts, services and knowledge to the Shelby and Mustang enthusiasts. Jim’s vision, passion, and appreciation for customers guides us as we continue his legacy.
I want to thank my parents, my sons, Jesse Bourdeau and the SPR crew, Aaron Stauber and his crew at Big 3 Performance, Jim Cruden, area Shelby and Mustang enthusiasts, my family and friends for their love, encouragement and support.
This is a new beginning. I look forward to connecting and working with so many of you in the coming months and years. It is thrilling to be part of SPR, and we are excited about our future prospects together with you, our most-valued customers and friends.

1965 San Jose A code fastback project for sale
We went all in on the metal work on this car. All sheet metal is factory except the roof because it had a butt dent in it. It is all metal that has been filed and ground with zero filler.
The car lacks a drivetran and some interior pieces. It has a Porhole hood and comes with Cobra Automotive front suspension, a correct Hipo rear axle tube and diff with 3.89 and locker.
Clean WI title.
This car would be perfect for an R model tribute build!

Excellent rebuilt T10M and shifter
This T10M was built using hand picked case/tail from our casting run back on 2008. It uses an original M gears, Tex hook sliders and bras rings, new bearings etc. It was broken in on a lathe for 40 minutes with 400 shifts.

We briefly had 6S141 and 6S144 both at the shop at the same time. The owner of 144 often commutes to work with the car and wanted a refresh. I had the pleasure of doing some sorting plus a full suspension rebuild and converting it to a diaphragm clutch with a heim linkage and roller bearing pedal box. Add that to new correctly valved Koni's, poly bushings, roller perches etc with Blockley radials and the cars healthy stoker and 5speed and you have a hell of a drivers car. He picked up the car in Green Bay and drove it back to Chicago. 🤘🤘🤘

Limited run 1965-66 Koni GT350 reissued shocks
Here is our limited run Koni shock kit with pre-july 65 “closed eye’s"

We have a limited supply of this special single production run of shocks built to the original 65-66 blueprints for the early small block cars. All Koni Shocks produced since 1967 have been valved for the heavier big block cars and are approximately 25% too stiff for the 65-66 289 cars.
It took great effort to get these made and they will not be made again.
These shocks feature:

-Correct 82-1326 and 82-1327 part numbers
-Correct body dimensions
-Correct shaft and valving for early cars
-Billet front eyelet bolt down “bar"

Or modifications and extra’s include:
-Concourse correct paint (slightly more brown) and water transfer decals with clear coat (they are darker in person then the pics)
-Pre-6/65 upper front eyelet with captured rubber bushing
-Grind billet front hold down bar to match look of original forged piece
-Correct Cad plated front hold down bolts $80
-Correct rear rubber boots $50

$1730 for complete kit including boots and bolts.

$1270 without closed eyes, boots or bolts.
