We are pulling the transmission, replacing the flex plate, rear main seal while we are in there, replacing the starter and running a whole new power harness on this 2011 Ford f150 Ecoboost🦾🤌 .

Our morning started with this 2000 E450 7.3l powered conversion 🦾💯, had a oil leak that needed addressed and was quoted 6 grand to find it by a shop 🙄 she needed the front end looked at as well., we broke out the ol brake cleaner magic carpet ride 😆🤷, cleaned everything up, put tracer dye in it and traced out the system. Isolated it and on her way she went.

The front end parts are on order and will be doing the entire tierod link assemblies, and stabilizer links.

After diags in the morning yesterday, I returned to work over the HPOP system on the 97 Ford F350 with a 7.3, new resevoir, sensors, reseal, replumb and prime 🦾, the harness was incorrect so we are working with manufacturer to get correct one. For some reason they decided to build it with out the a/c harness section 😆🤷

We will be back to string it in and fire the ol hulk up soon 🦾💯

We did a little welding for load securement for one of our fleets yesterday as they needed it for jobs the next few days 🦾💯, not perfect but they will do 😂🤷
Liner on wire feed decided to arc itself internally towards the end , got parts coming and will be back up burning soon.

Yesterday we spent the morning on a 2011 Ford F150, crank but no start. Our fleet Customer had replaced starter already, and the harness was in bad shape. No problem, or so we thought 🤔 🫣🤷, upon pulling down the starter for Inspection we found flywheel to be missing teeth in several locations as we rotated it over by hand, as well as the starter missing digits 🫣🤷. Apparently it's frowned upon to pull transmissions in Office depot parking lots,,😆🤷.
We will go to there location, pull transmission, replace rear main seal, flywheel, starter and main harness. 🦾

We had 3 diagnostics yesterday, rounded up parts and We ended yesterday on this 1997 Ford F350 7.3, cooling system flush, new water pump, new crank shaft position sensor, fresh oil and filter. Getting closer to ol hulk running again. A little at a time this beast will be running fine💯🦾

Over here in Longmont taking care of a down truck for Colorado Native Tree Care ,🦾 units radiator decided to let go on the way to location, we met them here and me and Master tech plank are gonna mend it until a New radiator gets in. She's an oldie but has a lot of life left in her. 1994 Ford F600 Gasser. 🦾💯
They'll be able to complete their day, keeping their customers happy, as well as continuing to make their money.

They illuminated the Diesel Daddy signal and we were on the scene 🦾
Unit lost power to cluster, cameras and trailer brakes, we were there to tear down, isolate and repair on scene all while they stayed making money 🦾.
