I started my journey online with Lauren Bayles. She was very responsive in answering questions and providing information about the Outback. My wife and I then visited the dealership and test drove the Outback and Outback XT. We took our time and finally made a decision to move forward in purchasing the Subaru Outback Touring XT. We confirmed the sale via email and made our deposit on the new vehicle. Lauren kept us well informed on the delivery status and the car actually arrived early!! The delivery went smoothly and our discussions with the Finance Department were easy and we did not feel pressured to do anything we did not want to do. The briefing about the vehicle was excellent and they covered everything about the car and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The technology on this vehicle is amazing! Our salesperson, Lauren, was very honest and non-aggressive in our car buying process. She also worked around our schedule to allow us to see the car and stayed late to make sure we could iron out a deal within our price range. Also, we had a third-party inspect the vehicle and he mentioned that he could tell that the dealership had done its part to do a full-scale maintenance of the vehicle. Anthony in finance stayed late and worked early in the morning to get me an interest rate that beat my credit union’s! Overall a great experience and we are pleased with our purchase.
