Unfortunately, we won’t be in the No. 89 on track at Indianapolis Raceway Park next week. We weren’t able to finalize the funding needed in time for the event and that’s part of the reality of this sport sometimes. Wishing Rise Racing the best of luck at IRP.

We’re continuing to work hard to secure the funding needed to get back on track as soon as possible. There are still opportunities we’re pursuing and we’ll share an update when we have something confirmed.

It’s been a little while since I’ve given everyone an update. We’ve been busy focusing on our race program, trying to chase down a few gremlins that have been hanging around all season.
Unfortunately, Anderson wasn’t the weekend we were hoping for. We just never had the speed from the time we unloaded, and our night ended early with a broken steering box.
The good news is we’ve got a little break in the schedule, and we’re going to put it to good use. We’ve got a few tests planned and will be throwing everything at the car until we figure this thing out. There’s no quit in this team!
I’ve really enjoyed racing with this group and being part of the IHRA Stock Car Series. It’s a series built by racers, and it’s been a lot of fun to be a part of.
We’re looking to add a few more partners to the team for the rest of the season and for next year so if you’ve ever wanted to get involved with our race team, send me a message. We’d love to have you.
On the podcast side, we’ve got another episode coming soon, and we’re planning to film several more over the next couple of weeks. Who would you like to see as a guest? I’ve got my list, who do you have on yours? Drop your suggestions in the comments!

Gretchen is a Grammy Award-winning country artist known for songs such as "All Jacked Up," "Homewrecker," "When I Think About Cheatin'," and, of course, the Platinum-certified "Redneck Woman." Plus, she's sold over 8.2 million records throughout her career.
