Responsibilities
Customer Service Responsibilities list:
• Manage incoming phone calls
• Manage incoming messages
• Identify and assess customers’ needs with efficient resolutions
• Process customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Initiate, file and follow-up on UPS claims
• Check and authorize return requests
• Check-in, post and process returns
• Pack, process paperwork & initiate shipments of returned items to vendors
• Clean and maintain work and common areas
Requirements and skills
• Strong phone and in-person contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers and issues
• Ability to maintain calm demeanor during stressful interactions
• Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to lift items up to 75 pounds
• Ability to bend, twist, reach and climb up and down stairs
• No prior experience necessary – willing to train
