Moved some machining equipment over to the shop recently! These machines will be up and running soon. We will be able to surface engine heads and blocks, line bore, replace valve seats and guides, and much more!

We are getting machines moved in! We are in the process of getting machines operational.

Currently we are able to do the following services:

-valve and valve seat grinding
-cylinder head rebuilding
-hot tanking for blocks and heads

This 6.0 powerstroke had starting issues and was smoking pretty bad. The issue was diagnosed as blown head gaskets. After pulling the cab and cylinder heads the issue was verified! New gaskets and head studs were installed to prevent further problems. Along with an EGR delete and new high pressure oil pump as preventative maintenance. It’s up and running great now!

Engine overhaul on a 1993 Ford F-250 with the 460 V8. Bearings were definitely worn out and piston #5 had a lot of damage! Bored out the cylinders and put an overhaul kit in it. Runs great now!

The shop is now open full time and I am currently accepting new projects. I specialize in engine work and rebuilds, but have a wide variety of experience with both gas and diesels. I am also accepting welding projects. (MIG, TIG, SMAW)

This was wild! 2016 ecodiesel intake completely filled with soot. The initial complaint was a code for low boost. Clearly we can see why! There were holes melted in the intake manifold.
