We had this Silverado in the shop for a lifter replacement, and as you can see, it wasn't a small job.

🔧 Sometimes a simple repair turns into a much bigger job.

This customer was replacing the water pump on his tractor when 2 of the 3 mounting bolts broke off in the engine block. At that point, the new water pump couldn't be installed until the broken hardware was removed.

We carefully drilled and tapped the broken bolts, repaired the threads, installed the new water pump, and got this old tractor back up and running.

✅ Broken bolts extracted
✅ Threads repaired
✅ New water pump installed
✅ Back in service

Not every repair goes according to plan, but that's where experience makes all the difference.

⛽🚫 Wrong Fuel. Right Fix.

This customer accidentally filled their gas vehicle with diesel fuel while traveling through town. Unfortunately, it happens more often than you'd think!

We drained and cleaned the fuel system, flushed the tank, replaced the spark plugs, filled it with fresh gasoline, and got everything running properly again.

The best part? She was back on the road and made it home to North Carolina the very next morning.

This customer complained that the airflow from their vents just wasn't what it used to be.

After a quick inspection, we found the culprit: a washable cabin air filter that hadn't been cleaned since 2007!

Over nearly two decades, this filter collected dirt, dust, pollen, and debris until it was almost completely clogged. When that happens, your HVAC system has to work harder, airflow drops, and the air inside your vehicle isn't nearly as clean as it should be.

Check out this starter we pulled off a customer's vehicle. The low voltage condition caused excessive heat buildup, resulting in melted wiring and a completely burned-up starter solenoid.

A weak battery, poor cable connections, corroded terminals, or charging system issues can all create low-voltage conditions that force electrical components to work harder than they should. Over time, that extra strain can lead to failures like this one.
