Not every oil leak is "just a leak."

A worn or blown crankcase gasket can allow engine oil to seep out, making a mess of your mower and, if left unrepaired, potentially leading to low oil levels and engine damage.

Common signs of a failing crankcase gasket:
✔️ Oil leaking from the engine
✔️ Oil buildup around the crankcase
✔️ Burning oil smell
✔️ Smoke from oil contacting hot engine parts
✔️ Constantly needing to add oil

Recently, we replaced a crankcase gasket on a John Deere riding mower, getting it sealed up and ready to get back to work.
