Some important information:

The gates will open for our guests at 10am on Saturday and 10:30am on Sunday. Please line up using the two right lanes so that the left two lanes are open for vendors, judges, TDH members and staff to get through. The local hotels are cracking down on noise complaints so please keep your stereos off while at the hotel at all hours. Please clean up any cans and bottles. We want to continue to have this show and be welcomed at hotels but a few bad apples are ruining the bunch. We have the show that you can demo as loud as you’d like so keep the music for the show.
All stereos must remain off on Sunday until 12PM noon as for respect for local churches. After then, give it heck (no pun intended)
It’s $20 per person for the whole weekend. This gives you access to spectate and demo. Keep your wristbands on for the whole weekend to make sure you are not double charged for entry. It is $80 to compete. You can run up to 2 classes per organization. You must sign up at the main TDH booth. At 8PM will have an after party at the tracks bar will kick off and the food concession stand will remain open. Last call is 12:45am and everybody must be off the premises by 1:30am
Also provided is a general layout. We will have TDH members directing where to park as well.

Just south of Fredericksburg, VA.
Still have some more organizing and unpacking to do before I can open for business, but that shouldn’t take too long.
