It’s race day for the Larson Family with the Four-Wheeler Dirt bike Cross Country Racing, FDXCR series at Road America. Piper started the day and had an unfortunate event happen where another child took out the tape which marked the raceway, where the track was shortened. Multiple kids followed a path that was not part of the track. They made it to a gate that blocked them off from going further and that’s when they realized something went wrong. 🙁 the big kids will be on the track in a bit.

Late update for the 8/15 race at Pdtr.

Qualified P2 in our group

Heat race P3 ↔️ P3

A-main P9 ↘️ P15

After a few weeks off 🤪, we came out and qualified good on a very heavy track. In the Heat race-lost 3rd place on the 1st lap and then it took about 6 laps to get it back on a very fast/heavy track. In the A-main it was good and moving forward until it wasn’t. 😣Made a mistake and was a little impatient and the car that we were following had a bobble in turn 1. Instead of wrecking both of our cars I decided to tap his rear bumper and take a spin. Took a trip to the work area and my crew did what they needed to and got us back out. We then started 22nd and worked our way back up to 12th. With a late restart the car just fell flat and didn’t like where I wanted to run and we fell back to our P15 finish. We had a fast car but our finish doesn’t show how good the car was. Next race 8/20 at Pdtr

🏎️ CHRIS IS BACK! 🏎️

After spending the last several weeks away from the track, Chris is ready to get back behind the wheel at PDTR tonight! It’s been a little too quiet without him, and we’re excited to see him back in action.

A few weeks away means there’s no better feeling than finally climbing back into the car, firing it up, and getting back to what you love. Tonight is about shaking off the rust, finding that rhythm again, and enjoying being back at the track!
