I love 80s & 90s Superbikes and Harleys so this 99 Buell Cyclone was the perfect combo for me. I’m using floral foam I bought online from Lo Florist Supplies. It allows me to make a rough 3D model to build paper templates off of before moving to metal. 3M headliner aerosol glue will allow you to attach the blocks. One box order was enough to make two tanks and a tail. It’s really easy to carve and sand. Although you will have green dust in your shop and nose till the end of time.

The 77 Yamaha XS650 back in the shop for a refresh after I built it 6 years ago. This bike was really pivotal for me. Thanks to Mark for cutting me loose and keeping the lights on during the process. It pushed my creativity and fab skills. The bikes that came after definitely benefited from what was learned during the XS build.
