A lot of the problems we see come down to one thing: parts quality and parts warranty.

When we buy the parts for your repair:

*We choose brands we trust (not mystery-box parts)
*We verify fitment for your exact vehicle
*If something is defective, we can warranty it without a bunch of back-and-forth

When customers bring parts:
*Sometimes they’re incorrect, incomplete, or lower quality than expected
*Warranty claims usually fall back on the customer
*It can create extra downtime if we have to stop mid-repair
