This place is nothen but full of crucks that will sell u a car that will only last one year and then the tr**ny will go out and they will not do anything for u to help u and same thing happened to me and they said they would make it right and weeks later still have broken car and they don't care please wat ever u do don't buy anything from them or from the one in vero at all
My experience at this dealership is always terrible. This is not my first complaint here although it’s not no where near the unethical, deceptive, and outright wrong treatment my husband and I experienced after we purchased our car, this time was just simply put -poor customer service. My husband had his vehicle examined on Thursday. He was there all day for what he thought was an issue with his power steeeing but turned out to be rack and pinion. He re scheduled to have this service completed the following Monday and was told the job would take 3 hours. I dropped off the vehicle at 8:45 Monday 9/21. I was again told in a very casual manner that the job would be “ 3 hours”. After 4 hours of waiting ( needing to be at work) I asked staff how much longer. The same guy who told me “3 hours” advised that this was a big job and very arrogantly told me that it will require more time. This was the same job 4 hours ago. If that was the case, I should have been told then and would not have missed work. There was no consideration of my time, or that I was missing work due to this inconvenience. I asked for a ride to work or a loaner car and he out right told me “no”. Luckily, another worker who must have noticed me sitting there for hours arranged for me to get to work. I was grateful for that as that was the first time anyone there has ever done something considerate. Later that night my husband and I went to pick up his truck. It was after 6 so the service area was closed however was told that his carbkeys could be retrieved from someone with key to service office. No one could find my husbands keys! No one cared. We literally watched staff walk around flaling their arms as if they were waiting on a bus outside. Absolutely no sense of urgency. We waited for 30 minutes before leaving without his car keys. The following day we had to again make arrangements to be late for work to pick up my husbands truck. Service here is the absolute worse. It’s sad that we have to consider spending money elsewhere instead of using our warranty just to avoid this dealership. I truly hope you all hire more people like the lady who made sure I was able to make it to work. She recognized customer service and how to make things right. That’s all it takes - old fashioned decency.
Purchased a vehicle form Mrs. Rosa. To provide a back story to this purchase, I have been looking for almost 2 years for a new truck. She was able to provide one that met all the requirements and at the perfect price. Moreover, good people are difficult to come by these days. She was completely honest, upfront about everything and she has a heart of gold. There was no pressure during all of this and really enjoyed talking with her. She is a great asset to this company and would highly recommend her for anyone purchasing.
THEY ARE ATTENTIVE UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY. THEN THEY NEGLECT YOU. VERY LOUSY DEALERSHIP TERRIBLE. DON'T GO THERE
My new car
Just had an awesome and amazing and apointment with Nissan Sutherland Gregory Pressley. Even the new Manager was very helpful and professional. They gave me a great deal and everything I wanted on the vehicle I chose. I have had bad experience s before under different management and decided to give new management a chance. I am so glad I did!!! I f you need a new vehicle please stop and see Gregory first!!! You won't need to go anywhere else.

It is very disappointing that I have to ask for a service record (last oil change and tire rotation) many times and still no record. I already have a complaint ticket with Nissan Customer service for someone canceling the pre-maintenance service that I had since December 2018. Fort Pierce Sutherlin Nissan I have given you my service for over ten years. I buy a car from you all almost every two to three years! I am also a Nissan VPP Program member. I needed my last service record to send to customer service for my documentation for my case, but Zoe has ignored my emails! It's pathetic that most likely, it will take me submitting a bad review on Facebook, to my hundreds of followers and your google profile to get you to lift a finger to help. SOMEONE CANCELED MY MAINTENANCE SERVICE IT WAS NOT ME. I have emailed many times and nothing. Tony, service advisor, you call me with no emotion to tell ME my contract was canceled blaming me for the issue as I repeatedly tell you I have not canceled anything. With your robotic monotone voice telling me you're more concerned about being charged for my oil change than acknowledging my concerns or at least pretending to care! What happened to the woman that was there months ago running the service department? She was great! I received one phone from Laz Lopez NEW mgr who stated he would help me and would find out what is going on. I never got an update after the fact! NO, FOLLOW UP CALL. I want my service records. If you do not intend to release my service records, please let me know, so we don't waste either of our valuable time.
2 months ago I purchased a 2014 Murano. (Salesman Milton) I paid $22,000 for it. With the car came (2) key fobs. When we got home, realized one of the Key fobs did not work, changed the battery, still did not work. Called the dealership and spoke to our Sales Rep and he told us, he would order. We have called not less than 6 times and they will NOT return our call. We have been told the previous owner, had a key fob stuck in the ignition and it took some labor to remove it and it must have been damaged. It has been 2 months, We have called not less than 6 times and they will NOT return our call. After paying 22K for a vehicle. This is NOT OK. VERY disappointed in how this is being handled. No Follow-up, No Return call. VERY disappointed 😒🙁
