Friendly Auto Transport exists to provide our customers (whom we refer to as FRIENDS) with great prices, exceptional service, honesty, accessibility, and professionalism when it comes to transporting their vehicle. In an industry where the customer is often neglected, we promise to never abandon or neglect them for the duration of their transport - from the day their car is picked up to the day that it’s delivered. To sum it up our mission in one sentence: WE SHIP CARS FOR OUR FRIENDS! OUR GUARANTEE
There are no guarantees that brokers can make legitimately. They can't guarantee their quotes, their pickup times, their delivery times, etc. Because there are too many moving parts involved in shipping a vehicle. Many things can go a bit sideways due to all these factors so having a good broker is vitally important to having a great experience! Therefore we incorporate 2 fundamentals that ensure we do good by our customers:
#1 --- We do NOT take upfront deposits. No money changes hands until an available Carrier is found and is able to meet your logistical requests. All of this is communicated to you verbally and in writing and, if satisfied, you agree to move forward. ONLY WHEN we secure the Carrier can we then guarantee the total cost of your transport and give you a nice tight window of pickup and delivery. At this point, after all these details are locked in place, an “Initial Payment" is made which gives us the legal authority to dispatch your vehicle to the Carrier, with the remaining balance is paid upon delivery. In other words, we NEVER take payment of any kind without being able to guarantee the total cost and you are in agreement with the terms.
#2 --- We do NOT abandon you once we dispatch your vehicle to the Carrier. We hang in there with you until delivery because we recognize that having a Friendly voice and an advocate to address your concerns is essential to peace of mind and overall satisfaction. YOU, not the Carrier, are our Customer so we don’t close your order until your car is where it’s supposed to be and we follow up with you to make sure your experience was good.
