Each year, over 1000 people from over 75 gyms come together to workout and raise money for local kids

On Saturday, October 7, the 13th Annual Beers and Burpees Charity Event will be held in Charlotte/Indian Land at CrossFit Indian Land. This year, over 50 local gyms are partnering together to host the event where over 1,600 people will come together to workout, drink beer and raise money for the Changing Lives Together Foundation. This is an all-day event with heats starting every 40 minutes throughout the day and evening. In addition to the heats, there will be beer vendors, food trucks, a kids' "Brownies and Burpees" division, other kids activities, music and much more throughout the entire day.

We’re looking for volunteer judges for our competitive heats on Oct 10. Event is at Indian Land CrossFit.
•
Judges must be able to identify “bad reps” quickly while participants are working out and be able to “no rep” them without being worried about their feelings.😀
•
Judges:
1️⃣ Shift begins at 10:30. You will be judging 2 heats and be done at 12.
2️⃣You must be able to commit to this whole time from 10:30 to 12.

🚨This means you can not be IN the 10:20, 11 or 11:40 heats working out yourself.
•
Judges receive a B&B shirt and a bottomless cup for day!
•
DM us and let us know if you can help! We appreciate it!
