Hoefling Tire & Auto Solutions is looking for a dependable, hardworking Oil Change & Tire Technician to join our growing team!
🛠️ Responsibilities include:
Oil changes and routine maintenance
Tire mounting, balancing, rotations & repairs
Brake inspections and basic repairs
Vehicle inspections
Assisting technicians with general automotive work
Keeping the shop and work areas clean and organized
✅ What we're looking for:
Reliable and punctual
Strong work ethic
Mechanically inclined
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous automotive/tire experience is a plus
Willing to train the right person
Valid driver's license

- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs
- Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated
- Answer phones and assist with day-to-day front office operations

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Automotive knowledge is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
