I believe in the 13 years and the few locations I’ve worked for, this is the first employee of the month recognition I’ve ever received now that I think about it.. 😳

With that being said, this is also the very first workplace I’ve been at that recognizes hussle, employee’s going above and beyond & works together as a team.

Which is 10x more rewarding and fulfilling as an employee than the actual award in my opinion! 😁

For anyone that has followed my sales journey, one big lesson I’ve learned, is follow leadership & the people you personally believe in.
