Not every job goes according to plan. This 6.4 powerstroke was supposed to get up pipes and be done. However, 4 out of the 6 up pipe bolts at the turbocharger snapped off. Pulled the turbocharger from the vehicle and was able to remove 3 of the bolts by welding nuts to them, the last one had to be drilled out and a heli-coil repair was done. Have to be ready for anything and be able to take care of the issues that may arise. For professional diesel repairs give me a call or message me. 208.731.3429

Here is the dyno numbers for our shop truck, she made amazing power, pulls a trailer like a dream and gets awesome fuel economy. RWHP ended up at 927, and also made the drive to Boise and back getting average of 19.1mpg at 87mph. Couldn't be happier with the build. If you'd like similar results or just want a better running truck in general give me a shout.

This 2006 LBZ Duramax will be getting a complete makeover, 20% DDP injectors, Fleece 64mm Cheetah turbo, Fleece sportsman cp3 pump and FASS 165. Also this truck is getting my old hsp y bridge and pipes setup that was in my truck before going compounds. Should be a fun setup and rip good!

Brand new turbo install on this 2012 Dodge Ram2500, the old turbo was no longer properly actuation and was having boost issues.
