Decided to go with a new PA14 over the one in NY dude couldn’t figure out the title transfer between there and here so not to disappointed this one has the kick up find so I’m not going to be replacing shafts every time I go to the river. Driving to NY on Monday to pick up my new to me hobie PA14. It’s already fairly set up how I want it with the boondocks landing gear hook7 and lighting. I’m overhauling the power supply and harnessing with FPV power batteries and distribution hub. If you don’t know about FPV you should check them out, awesome products for a nice, neat, organized and completely waterproof power system. I’ll be adding in a volt meter, waterproof USB ports to maintain my camera batteries through the day and keep my phone charged along with any other electronic I may need to keep charged I’ll also be making a home made stern light out of PVC, a 360 degree headlamp with 2pin waterproof through hull connector for quick and easy access. Adding a hobie H crate in place of the black box along with a few other h rail accessories to improve functionality and storage utilization of my fishing gear. Follow for updates as I overhaul this boat. I’ll be posting videos of the progress, then a complete walk through when finished. Can’t freaking wait 🚣‍♀️ 🛠 💥 ⛵️

I’ve decided to run this trial business to gage whether or not it would be a lucrative investment to open a brick and mortar down the road. I know when I first got into kayak fishing I often wondered if anyone out there struggled with the DIY set up of their boats and if they would pay to have someone preform those modifications. So here we are today going to give it a shot in my off time.
