Each week we try to find one thing we do and make it local (an item, service, store, restaurant, etc.). With explosive diarrhea buggies ripping through this part of the world (and because I eat A LOT of fruits and veggies and happened to miss the farmer's market this weekend), I decided Ozark Natural Foods (ONF to locals) was my best bet for clean produce. This coop offers produce, cheeses, meats, and so much more from local vendors. It may cost a little more than a big box store, but so does missing a week or two of work because of the Hershey squirts. 💩 Ozark Natural Foods Co-op
