Supercharged Camaro SS upgraded to a set of Texas Speed Long tube headers and Borla ATAK Catback. Full header wrap completed to minimize under hood temperatures.

Tuning completed after running into a few setback. Completed k24a swap towards the end of 2025, dyno was delayed due to a backordered exhaust system. First time on the Dyno, we had the Ktuner ECU fail on us which delayed us a few more weeks. Excited to get this car back on the road after being down for a couple years. Engine setup consist of stock JDM k24 3-lobe engine, Skunk2 tuner2 cams, ported RBC, prb oil pump, 1320 exhaust manifold into a 2.5" exhaust.

Came in for some upgrades and a new tune. Setup the car for two additional pressure sensor to utilize the oil/fuel pressure safety features, rolling antilag switch and installed a t51r compressor cover. We were able to make 525hp at 18.5psi on a unopened K24a engine running 65% Ethanol. 413hp at 12psi on pump 92oct.

Finally got to use the Dyno for some parts comparisons. Stock Internal K24 engine equipped with a skunk2 pro street intake manifold. Engine was already tuned for this setup by another shop. Switched over to a Honda RBC manifold to resolve some rev hang issues. With the RBC installed, no tuning was done, running on the same skunk2 manifold calibration. Skunk2 = blue line, RBC = red line. RBC losing some power in the lower rpms with a gain of 5 peak hp.

Reorganized the shop to create some better work flow. Dusted off the shop FD after collecting dust this past year. Maybe time to finally get this car back on road after 22 years?

Had a awesome weekend down at EFI University for Emtron Dealer training. Thanks to Nick, Glen, & Ben for putting on a great class. Met some cool people in the industry and a ton of information to process. Excited to start playing with all the features in the Emtune Software.
