My name is Nick and I am the Owner/Operator.
Recently I’ve been sent a few screenshots of posts made in regards to my business. The posts are made by a high conflict co-parent in an attempt to slander my business. Since starting Mobile Auto Repair Eugene I have continued to provide reliable and affordable Auto Repair. I have provided transparency and will continue to provide a services at the highest level of quality and consistency.
The posts are sharing a link to a YouTube video posted by a previous customer. The situation referenced was more than 2 years ago. The video was posted in the midst of coming to an agreed upon solution. The customer recieved a full refund as well as agreed to remove the video which was posted prior to concluding our business/settlement.
My review, comments and recommendations are unfiltered. The customers I serve speak their own truth in their experiences with me and my work.
The individual posting these links on these various pages has only done so anonymously and has not reached out to me seeking any resolution or even stating their personal experience with myself. The posts have been deleted and reposted multiple times once the situation is clarified and context is supplied in the comments.
I appreciate all my customers who have continually supported me and I will continue to show my appreciation through quality work and work reliable repairs.
