How do I cook chicken in a cob/earth oven? One of our chickens we processed this year came out looking fantastic. We did a duck yesterday and it was awesome. I altered my earth oven just a little bit with fantastic results best cooking I've ever had in any of my ovens. I don't know if anybody else does it but I think I may have stumbled onto something.

How to talk, reason and debate the politics, religion and health of homesteading..... less than five minute blurb touching the tip of the iceberg about the reasons people move Off Grid or Homestead and do these subjects have a place in homesteading/prepping/Off Grid survival. I am ready for people to say no keep it out of here. This group is for tips on how to plant my tomatoes or something like that. I think these subjects matter, and just like I have the freedom to express my opinion the admins have the Freedom to reject this post… I love Freedom! On our Homestead we have an especially Good three year-old Kangal/Anatolian Shepherd/working livestock guardian dog... I would like to find a sire for her and thought I'd put it out here on the Homestead groups. (she's ready now) we are in the Northern Colorado southern Wyoming area. Please reach out if you know of a quality Anatolian male.

Thank you
