Please continue to write your letters and make calls to city hall and make your voices be heard. Show up to the next meeting. We need the support of our drivers, fans, and sponsors to show how much this track means not only to those who are involved within the track but also within the community.

Much LOVE and a big THANK YOU to everyone who showed up at the City Hall meeting last night! We are so grateful for all your support and a special thanks to everyone who spoke in favor of keeping the track open and us continuing to run it.

At the meeting, City Manager, Tom Ivester, tried to float his fourth, new excuse to justify why he illegally locked us out of the property. His first three excuses were easily disproven over the last 60 days, so this time, he got the new city attorney to say that our 2024 contract extension had needed to be negotiated by Dec 1, 2023. There is a paragraph that says that in the contracts. But Ivester “forgot” to mention that he superseded that clause at a meeting on April 10, 2024, when he acknowledged that he knew our 2024 schedule had been out for months, negotiated with us and promised to get us a new contract once we met his conditions (pay two bills) and then allowed us to operate for 7 months without even a phone call from him.

First of all, it is his job to produce the contracts, not ours. Second, he didn’t address why he’s failed to fulfill ANY of the contracts’ obligations since 2022, most importantly, the numerous safety issues we’d been begging to get fixed. At that April 2024 meeting, we brought up the kart track and other unfulfilled contract issues, presented Mr. Ivester a detailed materials list and even offered to provide free labor to repair the bleachers to code if he would just buy the lumber and fasteners. He never did anything about our safety concerns.

All we’ve ever asked for is what was promised to us since 2022 and repeatedly approved by the city commissioners! It’s laughable how Ivester keeps trying to blame us for little technicalities while we had track lights going out mid-race and fans falling through broken bleachers because he refused to even bring the property up to state code.

Ivester just keeps trying his lawyer tricks to cover his ass, but the TRUTH will continue to expose him for what he is. Hopefully, the City Commissioners will see through his nonsense and we can move forward with our 2025 season! Stay tuned! ~ Rod & Joe

Many people have asked what's going on with the track for next year. Here is the information everyone has been waiting for. The track could use the support of all its drivers, fans and staff right now. If you can make it please attend the meeting on Monday January 6th.

Ever wonder what the Trophy Girls do in the off season? Well Trophy Girl Bella went to watch Bassheads of Elk City competition tonight and ended up entering and competing in the factory stock system division! You never know where the Trophy Girls may show up.

The "Arrive & Drive" fee includes a first-class car, complete crew, fuel, tires, and everything you need to win. You show up, hot lap, qualify, race, and keep all prize money! The price does not include the driver’s personal safety equipment, travel costs or any expenses arising from crash damage to the racecar. Driver safety equipment may be available if you do not have your own. In addition to the service fee, a refundable deposit is required for potential crash damage. Discounts, branding and/or sponsor hospitality services are available for multi-car or 5+ race contracts.

WHAT IF I CRASH THE CAR?
DAMAGE DEPOSITS:
You are responsible for any and all damage that occurs to the race car and/or our equipment while you are operating said car. The decision of FRX personnel on these matters is final. If the total cost of repairing all damage exceeds your damage deposit, you will be required to pay the balance due or sign a payment agreement before leaving the track. Failure to do so may result in your credit card being charged for the total amount due. Usually, your damage deposit will be enough to cover the cost of repairs. Typically, we can repair a car fairly quickly.

In addition, a standard pit pass waiver and statement of health, safety and financial responsibility must be signed by all FRX participants. The driver (or minor driver’s legal guardian) is always responsible for any crash expenses that exceed their damage deposit. Unused damage deposits will be refunded at the conclusion of the final race night.

Our racing season may be over for this year, but our sponsors just keep showing us the love they have for us! Chuck’s Place donated another 6 hats for the Trophy Girls to give to our fans next season and we cannot thank them enough for their love and support!

Thank you everyone who accepted Trophy Girl Bella's challenge to help get food donations for Elk City Help Inc: A Food Resource Center this past Saturday night at Elk City Motorsports Park. We just dropped these donations off and they weighed in at 152 lbs of food donated! We cannot thank our staff, drivers, and fans enough for showing your support to such a great cause!

Some edited photos from this weekends race. The Doomstriker LEMC Oklahoma Motorcycle Club came out to support Trophy Girl Rachel, who is one of their own Lady Strikers as she raced in the Powder Puff race. Vernon Mcintosh & Linda McIntosh of McIntosh Towing and the Ho**er Racing Team showed their love and support for our Trophy Girl Bella, who was out of commission this week due to a concussion, but they gave her a hat and sponsored some prizes for the Trophy Girls to give out to the fans! And I was quickly able to grab some nice shots of the cars as we were visiting drivers in the pits.
