Fulfilled my yearly European car fix with Eugenia's fun little 92 525 wagon! She has had the car since new in 1992 extremely clean for having almost 360,000 miles you wouldn't know it unless you read the little odometer replacement note in the door jamb! She wants to keep this one to the wheels fall off it's extremely solid the great on the washboard there are a couple structural issues that we will address this winter once The Parallax shop is up and running. We went to the car and repaired a few spots of rodent damage the main complaint were the locks would intermittently lock unlock for a 10-second cycle stopping on the lock cycle so they could not leave the keys in the car Etc (plus you'll start burning out actuators). We replaced both front actuators and inspected all wiring hell we even pulled the GM module apart and the relay module part just to clean out and look for any blown capacitors or resistors which is a common issue in these says Google. So far so good there's a few issues that we won't be able to address without new parts but the car is drivable and the lock issue is fixed! Nothing that a new windshield wiper and a little baby light bulb for the passenger mirror light won't have the car feeling like new! Eugenia even said she wanted to bring it to a car show to which I explained you're my special guest and I've invited her to our August 1st Friday Sonic meet here in Elizabeth with Parker Cruisers ! Thank you Eugenia!
