Viewing hours are M-F by appointment only.

Utilities are not included. Your deposit will be 2x the amount of your rent. First month & deposit amounts are due in full at the time of lease signing. Pet friendly units are an additional $250 deposit & $50 monthly with a 2 pet limit. We accept EIC.

We work with the moving, setup & repair of mobile homes, offices & classrooms. Days start in Elizabeth City, NC at 7am & vary depending on work load. Jobs are local & long distance. [possible weekends & stays out of town].

Pay is BOE, minimum start out pay is $120/day. If interested you may reply for an application or obtain one from our website ddmobilehomemovers.com or our office.

**Verifying clearance will include a full background check that can take a few weeks to process for each applicant. Applications must be complete to process; so please write clearly, answer all questions fully & be sure to sign/date. Thank you.
