2015 Infiniti QX80 timing chain and high pressure fuel pump job. This has to be one of the tougher timing jobs we have done. Not only is it a complex job but it also happens to be my person vehicle which makes it even worse. The QX80 has a known issue where the high pressure fuel pump bucket grenades and sends metal into the engine. This vehicle received all new timing components, new cam follower and high pressure fuel pump bucket. We also needed to flush the engine and make sure there was no metal in the pan. 40k miles later and still running strong.

In we have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.6. In the last few months we have been getting quite a few of these for blown head gaskets. This vehicle not only was suffering from a blown head gasket but also a lifter issue. The cylinder heads were resurfaced and pressure tested. We also were able to track down a new intake camshaft as well as lifters to get this vehicle back on the road. Thank you for your business Anthony!

Today we have a 2010 Toyota Tundra 5.7L with blown head gaskets. This vehicle unfortunately blew a head gasket and caused the cylinder head to warp majorly. Cylinder head was professionally resurfaced at Pakes in Janesville and pressure tested. Due to how much surface needed to be removed this vehicle received shims on both banks.

Here we have a 2013 Ford Econoline van with the 5.4 2V engine. Replaced bad exhaust valve and fixed spark plug thread with a Heli coil kit. Ford is not my favorite but this project went really smooth. Appreciate the referral John!

2017 Dodge Durango Oil filter housing engine oil cooler replacement. This has become a super common issue on these 3.6 engines. Clean out the valley and replace with an aluminum Dorman upgraded part.
