We have a friend that helps us get boats in the water in Dunnellon, but we don't want to burden him to haul them anywhere else for that week.

If you want to book Dunnellon - The Rainbow River - for that week, call us and we will verify that we can get it delivered.

Heads up everyone!

The bird Creek boat ramp and yankeetown will be closed from September August 30th to September 4th. There is a small launch at the campground, but you may want to use inglis to access the north side of the power plant.

⚓⚓ August 1, 2026 Cancelled Rentals ⚓⚓

We don't ever want anyone to get hurt while out on one of our boats. Weather is something that we cannot control. Normally, we go by the Small Craft advisories issued by NOAA/USCG. As of the time of this post, no advisory has been issued. However the potential is high for one of today's many storms to take the waves from 2 feet to 5 feet in just a few minutes. This small difference can mean the difference in a safe trip, and declaring an emergency.

We have cancelled today's scalloping trips to Homosassa and Crystal River. Your safety is much more important than a bag of scallops. We've contacted our guests and refunds have been issued.

We will always care more about your safety than your money!

We have added a new toy that you can add to your scallop or exploration rentals! It will be added to the website after Saturday. It's 10' wide and this one is much lighter than our inflatable docks.

We just performed the maintenance and service on Sweet Revenge, our first pontoon that we started our business with 4 years ago.

So, let's have a contest! Whoever gets the closest on the number of hours Sweet Revenge has on its original outboard motor, you win!

To make things interesting, here's what you'll get!

Anyone who nails the actual whole number of hours recorded on the July 17th maintenance sheet, you get a 4-hour rental on The Rainbow River. The cost? $5!

But even if the winner doesn't nail it, the one who guesses the closest will win on this schedule....

Winner's Guess is within 5 hours, $150 off a future rental.

Winner's Guess is within 10 hours, $100 off a future rental.

Winner's guess is within 15 hours, $75 off a future rental.

Winner's guess is within 25 hours? $50 off!

Winner's guess is within 50 hours of the logged service, $25 off!

Now. Those of you that do not win, but guess within 25 hours, you still get $20 off!
