Dear Volvo,
This evening my husband and I purchased our 10th Volvo from Don Beyer Volvo, in Falls Church, Virginia. Our first was a basic no frills 240DL station wagon in 1986 that was purchased when our first daughter was born. Approximately every 3 years since, we have visited Don Beyer Volvo to purchase another new vehicle. In that almost 30 years, we have had only two different wonderful sales people to work with (back then it was Jerry Griffin, and for many years now it’s been Yousef Alhooie), which I think says something very special about the people holding that position at Volvo. We’ve also been fortunate to have the same amazing Service Consultant named Gene Sladkin for more than ten years. These are the people that keep us coming back to Volvo.
So, in addition to sharing our long term Volvo experience with you, I have a promotional advertising proposition to offer. I would ask you to consider that customer loyalty might be significantly promoted by offering a “BUY 10 AND GET ONE FREE” offer. Hoping you’ll have this in place by 2018 when we return for our next Volvo. =)
