12 Honda CBR 250. Not charging. Customer states it died while riding and they replaced the rectifier. With the rectifier unplugged we have battery voltage at the plug but while running we have nothing from the stator. Now to plug it in and keep checking the charging circuit...

Subaru wheel bearing was ready to fall out so we replaced it with new knuckles, bearings, hub, and since there werent any current adjustments for the alignment we put new SPC adjustable control arms on to prevent any further issues down the road

After a full circuit check which was good, cleaned and gapped the plug. Gave her some juice and she came alive but the carb seals arent doing their jobs hense the fuel going to the ground. So new carb and full maintenance work up and she will be ready to roll
