Excavator came in with an intermittent no shut off with key. Found a short due to completely melted wiring within the cab harness. This was causing constant key power to all accessories. Ordered the new harness and got it installed. She’s good to go!

Smaller Kubota SVL-75 came in for a fuel pressure circuit code. Another shop had misdiagnosed as a fuel pressure control solenoid. Whoops! Upon inspection, I found a simple broken wire. Repaired the harness and customer is back in business!!

2007 Mercedes Benz GL450. Actuator for intake manifold flaps broke off and caused a check engine light. Was planning to rebuild air actuators however found a broken vacuum line that is unserviceable so unfortunately the entire intake needed replaced. Final result.. Great running and low mileage GL450 with PLENTY of power and another satisfied customer!!

Another rebuild on a Cummins 8.3L. Valves on cylinder #5 seized up, bent the push rods and the piston decided to play ping pong for a while. This is what happens when you let an engine run out of oil. 😬
