Dual Phase III Heritage in New Hampshire

Amtrak P42DC Phase 3 Heriatge Unit 145 has, as recently as today, been paired up with the downeasters very own exclusive Phase III F40PH NPCU 90406
145 had been shipped up here only a few days ago and everyone's prayers were answered when the call was made that these two would be placed together

I'm going back in time today with the last ever Pan Am Railways Office Car Special. This train was run only a week or two away from the official csx takeover on June 1st, 2022, being pulled by the last locomotive ever to painted in the full pan am blue dip.
Unfortunately, there are no F units for this run as it returned from MBTA trackage, which now requires their PTC to run on.

I'm going to miss seeing blue dips run through my hometown in the near future

MEC 514 a GP40-2LW sits for a moment after being assigned to yard duties. This locomotive is one of the few remaining active "Big G" Guilford Rail Systems locomotives still active on the former Pan Am System.
